Acting Mayor of Devonport, Stacey Sheehan, is calling on the community to nominate outstanding local volunteers who have dedicated their time and efforts to the betterment of the city. “Volunteer Week is a time to celebrate and recognise the spirit of volunteering that thrives within Devonport,” Cr Sheehan said.

“Council will once again honour the volunteers with certificates of recognition. These certificates will be awarded to individuals who reside or volunteer in the Devonport area and have actively contributed to the community over the past year.”
