During this time you won’t be able to:
- make a Council payment online, such as rates, parking fines, animal registration renewals, licence and permit renewals, and invoices
- report a problem or make a customer request online
- make a booking request online for a Council venue
- apply for a land or property certificate
- lodge an application online, or
- access My Accounts.
You also won’t be able to make a phone payment during this time.
Alternatives available are:
If the issue is urgent, such as a dog attack, flood or footpath damage, phone Council on 9240 1111 (24 hours).
