Council services update

Following recent easing of Covid-19 restrictions there has been a number of changes to Swan Hill Rural City Council services.

Swan Hill Rural City Council CEO John McLinden said it was pleasing to see a number of services reopening or adapting following coronavirus restrictions.

“It’s been a difficult few months for our community – it’s great to finally see some kind of normal returning,” Mr McLinden said.

“We’re thrilled that services are beginning to reopen but things may look a little different.

“Our aim is to ensure that our community begins to receive the same level of support from Council, that they are used to,” he added.

Mr McLinden said people will notice some changes in line with government and industry protocols.

“To protect staff, visitors and our community from further spread of coronavirus, there will be some restrictions and requests at various locations.

“We ask our community to please ensure they follow these measures that have been put in place, and to ensure that they stay home if unwell.”
