WA Health is reporting a total of 4,993 new cases to 8pm last night. There are currently 42,470 active cases in Western Australia.
To 8pm last night, there were 240 people with COVID-19 in hospital, eight in ICU.

Of the 4,993 cases, 1,632 were confirmed via PCR test, the remaining 3,361 were self-reported positive rapid antigen tests.
A total 8,254 PCR tests were conducted at either state-run or private pathology clinics yesterday.
WA has recorded 251,701 cases since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
