Emergency services are at the scene of a crash on Hutt Road, Horokiwi, Wellington City.
Police were called to the crash, involving four vehicles, at 5.43pm.
One person is reported to be trapped.
Northbound lanes are currently blocked and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
