Confirmation that a 74 year old Rowville man was left waiting six hours for an ambulance is the latest unacceptable failure of Daniel Andrews’ emergency health system.
After collapsing with severe COVID symptoms, an ambulance was for called for Rowville man Robert at 10.30pm on Saturday night but failed to arrive until 4.15am the following morning.
Following admission to Monash Medical Centre, Robert spent the following three days unconscious and admitted fearing for his life.
Issues with ambulance and triple-zero delays are not new but for years Labor has failed to act.
