Currambine Crash Investigation

Officers from the Traffic Enforcement Group are seeking information regarding a ‘hit and run’ crash in Currambine on Saturday 18 September 2021.
About 12:45pm a 32-year-old woman was loading shopping into the boot of her vehicle, which was parked in the carpark of a shopping centre on Marmion Avenue.
While loading her shopping into her vehicle the woman was struck by a blue Holden Commodore ute, causing her to become temporarily trapped between the two vehicles. The driver of the ute drove off, failing to stop and check on the victim’s welfare or exchange personal details.
The woman received minor injuries.
It is believed another person at the scene attempted to stop the driver of the Holden ute. Investigators would like to speak to that person or anyone else who has information regarding this incident.
