East Gippsland Shire Council will be conducting its annual Community Satisfaction Survey in June and July 2020.

Residents may get a phone call to find out what they think of East Gippsland Shire Council’s performance and level of service delivered.

The survey is being conducted by JWS Research, an independent market research agency, on behalf of Local Government Victoria. They will interview about 400 people on a representative sample of residents.

The survey will benchmark Council’s performance across a range of measures and identify ways to improve service delivery to residents. The data is also used for the Victorian Government’s Know Your Council website.

If you agree to completing the survey when called, you will be asked to provide your age group, gender and how long you have lived in the area. Questions will relate to performance and the importance of a range of council services and contact and customer service experience. The survey takes about 12 minutes.

Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only overall results are shared with Council.

Council appreciates you taking the time in providing valuable feedback.
