The City has received complaints regarding music and patron noise from the venue since early 2017.
During this period, we have attempted to facilitate a suitable outcome for all parties.
This has included several Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal adjournments, compulsory conferences and a new permit application.
A suitable outcome has not been reached and we have no alternative but to proceed with
an enforcement order application at VCAT.
The matter is listed for hearing in VCAT on 18 November 2019.
