MidCoast Council
Local traffic on Railway Street Taree will experience delays as crews work to improve the road surface.
The work will include pavement reconstruction, kerb and gutter replacement, spray sealing and line marking.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane with controls in place.
Work is expected to take up until the end of January and MidCoast Council are asking for patience from motorists and residents in the area.
There will be no street parking available during the works and every effort will be made to maintain access to driveways. Where possible temporary gravel ramps will be provided.
Residents in the area will receive more updates during the construction work.
