Designer clothing stolen in home invasion in Revesby

An investigation is underway after a home invasion at Revesby overnight.

Three teenagers were in a home on River Road when four men entered the building about 7:40pm yesterday (24 October 2020).

One of the youths was punched in the head while a second was threatened by a man armed with a shovel.

The first youth was then threatened with a knife before designer clothing and other items were taken and all four men fled the scene though the backyard.

Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command attended and began searching the area for the men without success.

A crime scene was established at the home and an investigation initiated. The teens were shaken but unhurt during the incident.

Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the incident to call Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers.
