Stonnington Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspicious fire at an Armadale café.
Police have been told a bang was heard before the fire was discovered at the High Street shop about 1am.
No one was injured.
Investigators are appealing for anyone with information or dashcam vision who may have been in the vicinity of the café, which is situated between Kooyong and Glenferrie roads, to come forward.
