Council has prepared the draft Mosman Local Housing Strategy to set out a clear plan for housing in Mosman over the next 20 years to meet anticipated demand.
Over the coming years, the profile of our population is anticipated to change with an increasing proportion of older residents and more people living alone.
The draft Mosman Local Housing Strategy identifies how housing growth to accommodate the changing population is to be managed, including the delivery of housing supply targets set by the Greater Sydney Commission.
It is on public exhibition until 27 September 2020 at Council’s consultation website.
