Driver arrested on roof at Grange, South Australia

A man was arrested after running from police during a traffic stop at Grange in the early hours of this morning.

Police pulled over a grey station wagon on Seaview Road, Grange at 4.30am on Saturday 12 December. The patrol became suspicious that the driver wasn’t who he said he was and requested a fingerprint scanner be brought to the scene.

The 31-year-old Henley Beach man was arrested and charged with driving while disqualified and stating false details to police.

He was bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 1 February.
