As part of our focus on improving the customer experience for people who live and visit the City of Stonnington, we’ve made improvements to our parking related web content. The new content is user-friendly and provides people with the information they need without having to go to look for it.
The new content has focus on self-service tools, including an easy to use mapping tool so people can check what residential parking permits they’re eligible for. Some things that used to be a phone call or paper based form, can now be done entirely online.
Refreshed and improved content includes:
- Parking permits
- Pay or manage a parking fine
- Report an abandoned or illegally parked vehicle
- Towed vehicles
- Car share parking for providers
