An elderly man missing from the Sydney CBD has been located safe and well.
The 70-year-old man was last seen in Surry Hills on Friday 5 May 2023.
When he failed to return home or make contact with family members, he was reported missing to officers from Surry Hills Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following inquiries and an appeal for assistance the man was located in Redfern about 2.45pm on Saturday 6 May 2023.
Police would like to thank the community and media for their assistance.
