Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a single vehicle bicycle crash at Rangeville on Friday.
Initial investigations indicate about 6am a man was riding his bicycle down Tobruk Memorial Drive when he has lost control and fallen onto the road.
The 74-year-old Rangeville man was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital however he died late Sunday afternoon.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash and some members of the public who assisted the rider to contact police.
Investigations are continuing.
