Police will prepare a report for the Coroner following a fatal house fire in Springvale today.
Emergency services were called the fire at a home on Nullawil Road on 27 June about 7.30am.
A neighbour noticed smoke coming from the property and attempted to access the home.
Sadly the body of a male was found inside the property when the fire was extinguished.
The body is yet to be formally identified however it is believed the deceased is the resident of the home.
An arson chemist will attend the scene and the investigation surrounding the circumstances remains ongoing.
