Police are investigating after a fatal motorbike crash in Doveton this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Monash Freeway near Heatherton Road to reports a motorbike had struck a pole about 7.50am.
The rider, who is yet to be formally identified, was treated by first responders but sadly died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined.
