Forensic crash investigators are appealing for witnesses to come forward, especially those with dashcam vision following a fatal traffic crash near Mount Larcom this afternoon.
Preliminary investigations indicate around 3.45pm a collision occurred between a truck and vehicle travelling in opposite directions on the Bruce Highway just north of Taylors Lane.
The driver of the small flatbed truck carrying pallets was not physically injured.
The sole occupant of the 2012 grey Volkswagen CC Sedan, a 63-year-old Annerley man, died at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
