Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash in Noosa this morning, 19 September.
Emergency services were called to Bicentennial Drive around 2.00am, following reports of a single-vehicle traffic crash involving a Mercedes-Benz .
One of the occupants of the vehicle, a 53-year-old Sunshine Beach man, sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, a 51-year-old Sunshine Beach man, sustained minor injuries and was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash remain ongoing.
