Police can confirm that a person has died following a fire at a residence on Highcliff Road, Andersons Bay.
Emergency services responded to the report of a fire at around 9.20am. Sadly, one person has died.
There are road closures in the area and people are asked to avoid the area and expect delays.
Police and FENZ will undertake enquiries to determine the circumstances of the fire.
