Bass Coast Shire Council is delighted to see its 2025 traineeship team already making their mark just 4 months into their roles, bringing fresh energy, big ideas, and a lot of hard work to teams across the organisation.
Six trainees joined the program this year, each undertaking a 12-month traineeship while gaining valuable experience, contributing to meaningful community projects, and strengthening the local workforce for the future.
