The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) and members of the Future Drought Fund Consultative Committee are seeking your feedback on how drought resilience funding under the Future Drought Fund should be spent from 2024 to 2028.
Two documents have been released for public comment and are available on the Have Your Say website:
- a draft Drought Resilience Funding Plan 2024 to 2028 (the Funding Plan) and
- a consultation draft of the Future Drought Fund Investment Strategy 2024 to 2028 (the Investment Strategy).
Public meetings have commenced and are being held in 16 locations across Australia, including Queensland.
Stakeholders are invited to register their interest to attend a public meeting in the following locations via Eventbrite.
