Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Gurpreet Singh.
The 34-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to burglary and theft offences.
Singh is Indian, approximately 175cm tall, of thin build with a beard, dark eyes.
It is believed he may be frequenting the St Albans area.
Investigators have released an image of Singh in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
