Hallmarc pushes Beyond the expectations of build-to-rent

Carnegie will be home to Beyond, Hallmarc’s first boutique build-to-rent project, set to launch 16th October 2023. This luxurious apartment complex, home to only 50 dwellings, is Melbourne’s first fully furnished, serviced rental product.

With its mix of studio and, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, all with larger than average floorplans ranging from 58m2 to 120m2, Beyond offers expansive, beautifully appointed and highly functional residences.

Build-to-rent is beginning to impact the Australian market, having established itself as a successful investment model globally. Hallmarc has evolved the build-to-rent model, and Beyond’s boutique size and full-service offering will make it stand out from competitors in the market.

Hallmarc partnered with GlobeWest to furnish Beyond Apartments. The two companies have worked together for the past decade, forging a strong working relationship built on shared values and aesthetics. This partnership will result in fully furnished spaces characterised by sophisticated design elements.

Beyond offers an extensive array of amenities such as a gym, a co-working space and a lounge that connects to barbeques and expansive landscaped outdoor areas. Cleaning, linen packages, car and bike hire, and other services can be organised through Beyond’s residents portal or dedicated community manager. In addition, a large communal activity area and private dining spaces will be available for bookings or Beyond community gatherings.

Strong interest in the project has seen Hallmarc already begin work on its next Beyond project, with future ventures anticipated.
