Hit and run crash – Viveash

Major Crash investigators are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred in Viveash on Wednesday 10 June 2020.

Around 6:25pm a dark coloured sedan was travelling west on Muriel Street and commenced to turn right into the college carpark, near the intersection of Frederic Street. An unlicensed off-road motorcycle travelling east has collided with the sedan.

The collision caused the rider and pillion passenger on the off-road motorcycle to be thrown over the top of the sedan.

The 17-year-old male driving the motorcycle and his 20-year-old female pillion passenger received serious injuries and were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the sedan fled the scene.
