Hit-run crash at Greenwith, South Australia

Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash at Greenwith, where one of the drivers ran away from the scene.

Just before midday today (Thursday 19 September) police and emergency services were called to Target Hill Road after reports of a crash between a Mercedes SUV and a Holden Astra sedan.

The male driver of the Holden ran off from the scene of the crash, and the male driver of the sedan was not injured.

Off-duty police and two police dogs assisted patrols in searching for the driver, but he was not located.

Police are following positive lines of enquiry in relation to the driver who ran away.
