Homicide Squad detectives are en route to Moe following the discovery of a deceased man on 7 April.
Emergency services were called to O’Brien Lane just before 4.30pm.
A yet to be identified man was located with critical injuries and was treated by paramedics but has died at the scene.
The exact circumstance surrounding the death are yet to be established but it is being treated as suspicious at this stage.
