Melbourne East police have released new images as part of their ongoing investigation into a criminal damage incident in the CBD on Saturday.
It is believed a number unidentified people caused extensive damage when they spray-painted over artwork and cobblestones in Hosier Lane about 7.25pm on Saturday 8 February.
Investigators have gathered a large amount of CCTV images from the surrounding area and are now releasing new images of a group of people who they believe can assist with their enquiries.
Following the incident, it is believed the group headed towards Melbourne Park where they discharged the remainder of their paint into vegetation near Batman Avenue.
