Australian pharmaceutical manufacturing company IDT Australia (ASX:IDT) has announced the appointment of Mark Simari and Geoffrey Sam OAM to its board.
Mark Simari is an experienced professional in the healthcare industry. He has over 15 years of experience on boards in a diverse range of organisations. He is currently the chair of Careteq (ASX:CTQ), Tali Digital (ASX:TD1) and was the co-founder of Paragon Care (ASX:PGC).
Geoffrey Sam OAM is currently the chair and independent non-executive director of Earlypay (ASX:EPY). He is also an independent non-executive director of Paragon Care (ASX:PGC). He is the co-founder and board member of Healthe Care Australia.
The company announced that Hugh Burrill has retired as a director and that Michael Kotsanis has advised the board of his intention to retire at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
“The board wishes to thank Mr Burrill and Mr Kotsanis for their significant contributions and dedication to the company during their tenures as Non-executive Directors,” it said.
