Images released as part of sexual assault investigation – Kings Cross

Kings Cross Detectives have released CCTV images and are appealing for public assistance as investigations continue into a sexual assault at Potts Point last August.

On Thursday 18 August 2023, a 31-year-old woman reported to police that she had been sexually assaulted by a man at a business on Kellett Street.

Despite extensive inquiries by detectives attached to Kings Cross Police Area Command, investigators have been unable to identify the man, and are now appealing for public assistance.

As inquiries continue, detectives have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The man depicted is described as being of Indian/Subcontinental appearance, aged 65 to 70, of a large build, with short white/greying hair and was wearing reading glasses at the time.
