Industry trailblazer honoured at 2026 Victorian property night of nights

The Legacy Award recognises an individual whose leadership, achievements and contribution have left an enduring mark on Victoria’s property industry and communities.

As Chief Executive Officer of Cbus Property, Adrian Pozzo has played a pivotal role in shaping some of the nation’s most significant city-defining developments. Landmark projects such as Melbourne’s 447 Collins Street and 835 Bourke Street reflect a commitment to creating places that stand the test of time.

Property Council Victorian Executive Director Cath Evans said Mr Pozzo’s influence extends well beyond the projects he has delivered.

“Adrian is widely respected across the industry for his integrity, strategic vision and collaborative leadership style. He has consistently brought together government, investors, industry and communities to deliver outcomes that create lasting value,” she said.

“Throughout his career, Adrian has also been a thoughtful advocate for the broader property sector, contributing to important conversations around housing, investment, sustainability, city-building and Australia’s future growth.

“Perhaps most importantly, he has invested heavily in people. Adrian has mentored countless emerging leaders and has helped shape the next generation of talent across the built environment.

“His contribution to our industry has been profound, and the Legacy Award is a fitting recognition of an outstanding career and enduring impact.”

The 2026 Victorian People in Property Awards also celebrated excellence across the property sector, recognising individuals and teams who are helping shape the future of the industry.
