Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jason West.
The 39-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to driving matters.
West is described as being approximately 178cm tall, of thin build with short brown hair, goatee and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the Mount Evelyn, Ringwood and Warburton areas.
Investigators have released an image of West in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
