Major Crash Investigators are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Jelcobine (Brookton) yesterday, Monday 14 June 2021.
About 1pm a green and gold Volvo truck was travelling on the Brookton Highway when approximately 20kms west of Brookton, the truck left the road and struck a tree.
The 72-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the truck died at the scene.
