Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kalisitiane Talanoa.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to assault offences.
Talanoa is described as being Pacific Islander in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with a medium to solid build, black hair and a black beard.
He is known to frequent the Mildura area.
Investigators have released an image of Talanoa in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
