The Kamilaroi Highway now has end-to-end access for 30-metre Performance Based Standard (PBS) Level 2B vehicles, with access across the rail level crossings at Werris Creek and Curlewis now approved.
The PBS 2B Tier 1 Restricted Access Vehicle map has been updated and can be viewed here.
These two rail level crossings were the only thing standing in the way of end-to-end access for safer, more efficient and sustainable heavy vehicles.
