Greater Shepparton City Council advises that construction of Karibok Park Stage 2, which commenced on Monday 16 January 2023, is on target to be completed by this Friday 24 February, as planned.
The works are located in Vaughan and Rowe streets (between Archer Street and Dudley Street) and include the following improvements:
- Landscape enhancements in Vaughan Street and Rowe Street
- Kerb and channel improvements in Vaughan Street and Rowe Street
- Widening of the intersection and installation of a new traffic island, kerb and channel at Dudley Street
- Creation of formalised parking in Vaughan Street
- Footpath development in Rowe Street
- Shared pathway works in Vaughan Street
- Construction of concrete apron in Rowe Street for Woolworths deliveries
Council is looking forward to the improvements these works will bring and would like to thank residents for their cooperation throughout the construction.
