Kiama Leisure Centre is conducting a comprehensive online survey to improve the customer satisfaction and enhance the quality of services offered to members and patrons of the Centre.
This survey will allow the Leisure Centre and Kiama Council to discover your usage and satisfaction with the services, facilities and amenities we offer.
It allows you to give basic answers and/or detailed feedback, voice your opinions and suggest possible improvements at the Leisure Centre.
The survey consists of 25 questions and will take around 10 minutes to complete.
Questions are in multiple choice format, selection boxes and open-ended responses where required.
Data from the survey results will help us plan sustainable services and programs into the future and create a better and thriving Leisure Centre to be enjoyed by all.
