Liam O’Grady, now Council’s Digital Service Delivery Officer, started his career with Council as an administration trainee. Liam said that he loves his job because he is always learning.

‘I didn’t want to go to university, but I was able to study a Certificate IV in Business Administration while working here at Council,’ said Liam.

‘Our Learning and Development team helped me along the way to make sure I was keeping up and were very supportive.’

‘It was also an opportunity to pick up-on-the-job experience.’

‘I have now moved into a role that is responsible for providing and managing Council’s digital devices. I really like working for Council because I get to see the work that I do have an impact on the community and the staff members that work here.’
