Kilgariff Stage 2 reaches new Milestone

NT Government

The Territory Government along with the Land Development Corporation are working on delivering more land in Alice Springs.

Kilgariff Stage 2 is currently under development with 52 residential lots released in August 2022 and the next release of 36 residential lots scheduled for the second half of 2023.

These releases provide new land options for existing and new residents plus opportunities for the construction industry in Alice Springs.

The project has just reached a new milestone with the opening of Ankerre Park. The park includes a great range of play equipment for all ages including a flying fox and football goal posts. Landscaping is Central Australian themed with an abundance of native shrubs and trees.

Kilgariff Estate is located nine kilometres south of the Alice Springs CBD and provides affordable land for future residents, including first home buyers.

The Territory Labor Government has allocated $4.1 million towards the development of Kilgariff Estate Stage 2, to ensure an ongoing supply of affordable land in the Alice Springs market.
