Three times today Mr Winter was asked if he planned cuts as part of his budget.
Three times he failed to answer.
That’s because the only way Mr Winter can deliver his fictitious budget savings is by higher taxes and cuts.
He’s put both on the table.
No wonder they are delaying submitting their policies to Treasury for costing, because they know their figures don’t stack up.
