Landmark international publication on Digital learning assessments and big data and the implications for teacher professionalism has just been released. Professor Claire Wyatt-Smith, Professor Bob Lingard and Dr Elizabeth Heck of the Institute for Learning Sciences and Teacher Education (ILSTE) have developed a working paper for UNESCO under the Education Research and Foresight program.

The paper finds that the digital disruption of schooling and the rapid development of digital learning assessments and big data have many implications for teacher professionalism.
