Works include the duplication of Lee Point Road from Asche Street to Daldawa Terrace, creating two lanes in each direction. The duplication will be completed within the existing road reserve, and once works are complete, the new road will be closer to properties that back onto the road reserve.
Preliminary works for the upgrade have commenced and will continue in the coming weeks. Works will typically take place between 7.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Saturday. There will be road closures and detours in place from Tuesday, 31 May.
