Midland Detectives have charged a man as a result of their investigation into a serious assault that occurred at the Lesmurdie Falls carpark, Forrestfield on Thursday 12 September 2019.
It will be alleged around 6.30am the man confronted the victim, a woman in her 50’s, struck her with a metal baseball bat and left the area in a red car.
The 29-year-old man from Maida Vale was charged with intent to harm, did an act causing bodily harm.
He will appear in the Midland Magistrates Court today, 18 September 2019.
