Toowoomba local Macen Job will travel to Sydney next month to compete as a finalist in Hino Motor Sales Australia’s National Skills Contest.
A finalist for the first time, Job, who works as a parts interpreter at Wideland Hino in Toowoomba will compete against rivals from around Australia in a competition attended by senior Hino representatives from Australia and Japan.
After a COVID-enforced hiatus for the last two years, the 2022 Skills Contest final is scheduled for 17th November and will be held following several months of intense competition with the winner in each category (Parts, Service and Sales) receiving a cash prize and an ultimate VIP experience at the 2023 Repco Supercars Newcastle event.
