Have your say on Council’s services, facilities and customer service through the online Logan Listens: Residents’ Survey.

The Logan community is encouraged to get online and have their say as part of the 2020 Logan Listens: Residents’ Survey.

Residents can now access the online form and comment about their experiences with Council’s services, facilities and customer service.

City Governance Committee Chairperson, Councillor Lisa Bradley, said the online survey complemented the two phone surveys currently being conducted by IRIS Research. Both landlines and mobile phones are being called to capture feedback from a range of demographics.

“The research company will contact 800 residents about services and facilities, and another 800 residents about customer service, however, we know that there are many other interested people who want to give us feedback,” Cr Bradley said.

“That’s why we have the online survey available at the same time.

“The online survey will be available until 9am on Monday, October 12, and I encourage all residents to have their say.”

Cr Bradley said the feedback would help with planning and decision making for future priorities, while also showing areas for improvement.

“As councillors, we value what the community tells us, and consultation is certainly a major focus for the organisation as well,” she said.

The results from the 2020 Logan Listens phone and online surveys will be published by the end of the year.
