The Making Marks Travelling Art Exhibition will open in Burnie tomorrow, celebrating the art work and creativity of Tasmania’s young people.
The Exhibition showcases 30 artworks from all regions of Tasmania created by artists from birth to four years of age.
Making its way across regional Tasmania, the travelling exhibition features the ideas of very young children, making marks with the earth, exploring materials and tools, bringing shapes together, creating representations and combining music, movements and marks.
I congratulate all those involved in bringing this wonderful exhibit to life, especially our talented young artists.
The exhibition will run until Sunday 23 February 2020 in the Learning Space Gallery Burnie Regional Art Gallery.
