A man has been arrested and investigations continue over reports shots were fired at Lake Illawarra today.
Police were called to a home in Denham Drive, Horsley, just after 10.30am (Friday 15 November 2019), following reports shots had been fired.
Officers from Lake Illawarra Police District arrested a 33-year-old man at the home over alleged breaches of a firearms prohibition order. He was taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station to assist investigators with their inquiries.
A crime scene was established at the home and an investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
