Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following a fatal cash on a private property in the Deddick Valley last year.
The charge is a result of an ATV rollover where a 3-year-old child was thrown from the vehicle and killed in the Deddick Valley on 6 October 2019.
A 34-year-old Buchan man was charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death and was bailed to appear at Bairnsdale Magistrates’ Court on 23 September.
